1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CoreImg ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
CoreImg provides a free online image conversion and processing tool. Users can upload images, convert them between formats, compress, resize, generate favicons, and remove EXIF metadata. All processing is performed in memory and files are not retained.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not: - Upload any image that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others - Upload any image that contains illegal, obscene, or harmful content - Attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the Service's infrastructure - Use the Service for any automated or scripted bulk processing without prior written consent - Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
4. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the images you upload and the use you make of the converted files. CoreImg does not monitor or review user content and assumes no liability for user-uploaded material.
5. Intellectual Property
CoreImg does not claim any ownership rights over your images. You retain full copyright and ownership of all files you upload and download. The CoreImg brand, logo, and service design are the exclusive property of CoreImg.
6. Limitation of Liability
CoreImg is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoreImg shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. The maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service, which is zero.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability, but CoreImg does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
